It is the term break again for most schools in Thailand!
Tee Lek (right), 6 years old, is one of the children being sponsored by Odet.
He lives with his brother Boy (left) who is confined to home following a car accident some years ago, and their mother who sells food at the front of their home.

Tee Lek is the youngest of 9 children currently being supported by Odet.
Currently five are at primary school, 3 high school and 1 at university.
Thanks to everyone for the great support that Odet has received.

Odet has recently been able to provide bicycles, school shoes and uniforms for Mae and Loht.

Mae is 10 years old and goes to a temple school with her brother Loht who is 12. The village head man would bring them to school in his car and they would walk 4 kilometers home.

Hallo again everyone. Welcome back!
A new school term is about to start in Thailand.  Odet is now able to assist 13 students to help meet their needs for the new school year. They range in age from 6 years to 23. There are eight primary and high school students  from Kanchanaburi and Nakorn Pathom provinces and five university students from ethnic minority groups in rural areas of Kanchanaburi.  The students assisted by Odet are chosen on the basis of their immediate needs, providing them with a means to complete their schooling rather than drop out.  The funds that are donated to Odet go directly to the students or their families. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped these students continue at school.

Sian is from Kanchanaburi town. He is 6 years old and is all set for the new school year starting mid-May at the start of the rainy season. The temperatures have been up in the high 30s every day for the past two months.
